Something I make clear to all of my clients is there is absolutely no way that you can ‘fail’ or do any technique ‘wrong’.

Your subconscious is listening and storing changes in session regardless of whether you are completely relaxed or if you feel like you can’t switch off.

Your subconscious mind is also always working to protect you, so there is no way that it is going to embed anything into your psyche during a session that it would regard as a danger.

When working towards an initial breakthrough I suggest having sessions weekly or at most bi-weekly. This keeps us in the momentum of flow and change and allows the subconscious to seamlessly transition.

After an initial breakthrough course, some people may like to come back for ‘refresher’ sessions almost as a recharge before important life events, these can be monthly or just as one off’s as and when.

It’s incredible the empowerment felt after hypnosis and it not unheard of for people to return for the sheer joy of feeling that empowerment.
Some people receive the outcome they hoped for in a breakthrough course and never return.
